Coaching
The BrightPoint Difference
One of the most powerful ways to develop yourself professionally is working with a certified coach. Studies indicate an average ROI of six times the cost of coaching! Engaging a coach ensures you and your teams are able to work at the highest point of contribution to deliver business results.

All BrightPoint coaches are certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), have deep leadership experience, and tailor their approach to the unique needs of each client.
Working with a BrightPoint coach supports you or your team in building self-awareness, confidence, and resilience as you gain clarity, overcome barriers to advancement, and accelerate professional goals.
Executive, Leadership, and Emerging Talent
Our coaching clients are board members, trustees, members of the C-suite, senior executives, mid-level leaders, first-time leaders, high-level individual contributors, and possible successors for executive roles.
Through a careful discovery process, we uncover the goals and needs of each individual and assess the unique challenges at their respective levels of leadership.
We then create a coaching plan and provide just-in-time support through texts and calls in addition to more traditional coaching sessions to accelerate results.

Whether you're preparing for the boardroom, ready to promote to the next level, or working to be your best in a new role, we can help you succeed.
Groups
Traditional teams, cross-functional/project teams, role specific groups, and other groups seeking to achieve a common goal will see tremendous benefits with a certified professional group coach.
We use research-validated models, tools for various group dynamics, and professional coaching strategies to get results.
In addition to the achievement of the goal, individuals in the group often find enhanced knowledge, perspective, communication approaches, and commitment to work.
Assessments
We use a variety of assessments to support leaders in self-discovery, team development, and in building necessary leadership skills, mindsets and behaviors.
We are assessment agnostic and see them as tools to support a more comprehensive development approach. Assessments in can have unintended negative consequences, so we stay current in all certifications and support clients in crafting communication around assessment use.
In addition to several 360 assessments, we are also skilled in using Emergenetics, MBTI (Myers Briggs), DISC, Hogan, StrengthsFinders, Korn Ferry tools, and more.
Our Process
Whether you are self-pay or an organization looking to support your leaders, BrightPoint coaches work with individuals or groups to create a safe space for powerful self-discovery and change.
